| The San Fernando Valley is bounded by the Santa Susana Mountains to the northwest, the Simi Hills to the west, the Santa Monica Mountains to the south, the Verdugo Mountains to the east and the San Gabriel Mountains to the northeast. The Valley is home to numerous companies including ABC, CBS, NBC, Warner Brothers and the Walt Disney Company. It is an urbanized valley with a rich cultural history. Most of the San Fernando Valley lies within the city limits of Los Angeles, although there are several incorporated cities within the valley. |
